Hi, my name is Joy! People often say that after one look at my smiling face they know exactly where I get my name from! I have such a love for life and never pass up the opportunity to go on an adventure.
Some of my favorite things to do are fetching tennis balls with my humans for hours and hours, playing in the water on hot summer days and carrying around sticks that are larger than I am! I'm
also a great running partner, only taking the occasional stop to munch on some grass or sniff some fire hydrants.
Not only am I super active, I love to learn! So far I know 'sit', 'down', 'stay', 'paw', 'drop it' and my personal favorite, 'dance'! As long as you bring the treats I promise I can learn even more.
I would much rather spend my time with my humans than other dogs or cats so a home where I can be the only furry friend would be perfect for me. In exchange, I promise to provide endless amounts of laughs, cuddles and slobbery kisses!
